Two interesting science news items

23:18 | Geek | Science

It’s been a couple of interesting days in science. Astronomy to big exact.
One cool news item is that NASA announced finding Water ice in crater at Martian north pole!
I’m not sure everyone understand the meaning of this - Water, H2O, on mars.
Scientists belive that water is a major evidence for life - So is there still hope for life on Mars?
Read more about it HERE.

The second, maybe bigger, astronomy news item is that a 10th planet in our solar system was discovered!
Astronomers announced Friday that they have found a lump of rock and ice that is larger than Pluto and the farthest known object in the solar system.
Read more about it at the Washington Post and the Houston Chronicle.

This stuff is so interesting! DAMN, I’ve become a nerd over the years!
