Convert Ubuntu Linux from brown to blue

Ubuntu Linux is a success like no other Linux distribution has even ever come close to.
It’s really good, and it just keeps getting better and better all the time.
However, one thing that seriously annoys me is that such a good and successful Linux distribution has made the unbelievably stupid choice of shit-brown as its primary color.
Moreover, there are no clear cut and simple way of changing the color to a different one, say, the always popular blue.

Luckily, I stumbled on the converting Ubuntu to blue article, which sets out to solve this very problem.
Essentially it just presents links to Ubuntu to Blubuntu , it’s a zip and Blubuntu which elaborates even more.
In addition, I also found Down with Brown - Changing Login / Splash Screen on Ubuntu Dapper Drake (6.06)

So in any case, it turns out I wasn’t the only one bothered by that… ;-)
